Rough and unhealthy skin can be a problem for many people out there. If you have dry skin, you might have tried a lot of ways to moisturize. Have you tried Ceramidin cream, though?

Dr. Jart Ceramidin Cream is a Korean-made skincare product that promises skin hydration and smoother, softer skin. We will look into the effectiveness of this cream as a moisturizer. So, let us get on with the Dr. Jart Ceramidin Cream review.

What is Dr Jart Ceramidin Cream?

Before we get into the review, first, some housekeeping. What even is ceramide, and is this Ceramidin cream an effective moisturizer?

To put it as simple as possible, Ceramides are your skin's natural protection. It protects your skin from environmental damage and keeps your skin moisturized. As we age, we lose these Ceramides, and our skin becomes dryer and easier to damage.

The Ceramidin Cream from Dr. Jart is used as a deep moisturizer that helps you deal with dry and flaky skin. The innovative ingredient 5-Cera Complex is at the heart of it with a mix of all 5 ceramides that work together to bring you massive results.

Unlike traditional moisturizing creams that wear off as you go on about your day, Ceramidin cream lasts longer. It gives you deeper protection and helps your skin retain the moisture it needs to remain hydrated.

If you are looking for a useful and one-stop solution for skin problems like flaky skin and/or dry skin, this Ceramidin cream is the one you should get.

Ceramide is a family of waxy lipid molecules. You can find ceramide in high concentrations in the eukaryotic cells and the cell membrane itself. (Science stuff)

Dr. Jart's Ceramide cream helps you to get great protection against dry skin even in harsh climates. It does this by supporting and boosting the ceramides that are already in your skin.

So, how does the actual cream hold up to its claim? Is it any good, and how does it perform?

Dr. Jart Ceramidin Cream Review

When we started our tests of this cream from Dr. Jart, we wanted to make sure we give it a fair chance. We also wanted to look at the product comprehensively, starting from the packaging and, of course, the actual cream itself.

Premium Packaging?

It makes use of solid colors and a minimal-style label design to stand out from the crowd.

Dr Jart Ceramidin Cream

The packaging of a moisturizing cream might not be important to its actual use. In fact, it is not important at all. BUT it is easy to find in a pinch.

It is also attention to detail like these that shows a company truly cares and believes in its products. They go the extra mile to make it look like what it is – a premium, well-made product. More often than not, this level of passion and attention to detail is a good sign.

Now on to the stuff that actually matters.

Superb Moisturizing

The results were fantastic. The cream goes deep into your skin, moisturizing from within. You can instantly feel the difference. The cream itself is very rich and creamy, so you have to be sure to warm it by rubbing your hands together prior to application.

There is a significant difference. Unlike many creams out there, which make your skin sticky after you apply them, this cream gets absorbed very quickly. You can feel your skin getting hydrated as you apply it; no sticky or oily feel with Cerimidin Cream.

It does not only moisturize. The cream also helps in strengthening your skin as well. We quite appreciate this about the cream. Instead of tackling the symptoms, why not deal with the problem.

Smoother looking skin seemed to be an almost instant benefit of using Dr Jart Ceramidin Cream.

For those who have a sensitive nose, there is no worry. The smell does have a slightly medicinal scent, but it does not last long at all, and it is not off-putting in the least.

How to Use

Using the Ceramidin cream for Dr. Jart is super easy too. However, the best way to use Ceramidin cream is to have a complete skincare routine.

Firstly, you would want to rinse your skin. After you would ideally want to apply the moisturizing toner from Dr. Jart, but you can go directly to the cream itself as well. The toner has quite a runny texture and basically preps your skin for the cream.

Then you would want to apply the Ceramidin cream itself. To apply it correctly, squeeze a bit of cream on your hands, then rub your hands together and warm it to counter the thickness.

Gently start pressing down on your face. This will help you make the best of your skincare routine and helps the cream get absorbed quicker. You will notice that even though it is rich and creamy, it isn't greasy at all.

This makes for an all-around, more comfortable routine for everyone. We here at highly recommend the full set with the toner and mask as well. It makes a massive difference over just the cream itself.

What others have to say?

Now from what we have gathered of the MANY reviews out there, there were really only a couple of key complaints or issues in the RARE non-5 star ratings.

I don’t feel the positives are needed here, and you're reading this to find out the nitty-gritty, so that's what we are gonna give you. Clinical Smell - The most common complaint was about the smell, which for us it didn't seem bad at all compared to most skin creams, and it didn’t last long. Too Thick - Now anyone that actually reads the “How to Use” section of this post should know what they did wrong here. WARM IT prior to use. Non-Issue, in our opinion and is due to not using it properly.

Hydration - Let's be honest here; this stuff works for hydration. Is it the best? We don’t know just yet, but it absolutely hydrates and lasts a good long time as well.

Irritations - As with most skin products with a LOT of ingredients, there are possibilities for allergies to affect people. Be sure to do a spot test to find out, and you will be fine. If you know the ingredients that affect you, then scroll to the bottom and look through the list provided. (This was a very rare issue, but important to mention)

Other Rare Negatives - Not as good as “X” product, too pricey, causes blemishes.

In the Review of Dr Jart Ceramidin cream, it did what it advertises and does it well. The extra perk of being able to strengthen your skin all while deeply moisturizing it is quite the bonus. It is an easy recommendation from us. As we mentioned, if you want the complete Dr Jart experience, you can buy the whole set – the toner, cream, and face mask. We provided a list of the overall negatives, but in all honesty, we had none of those problems, and it worked as advertised, so it's hard to give that much credence. The price does vary from place to place, but the best place to get Dr Jart Ceramidin Cream at the Best Price seems to be Amazon.
